COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proportion Air DSY100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Q-Phase products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rice-Lake parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Q-Phase such as the 130626351 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RL35023SN525K manufactured by Rice-Lake and we are pleased to be able to service most Rice-Lake systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3051CG4A22A1AB4E5Q4 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand 612427060R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sensall-Controll such as RD307SSEO6F2S equipment made by Sensall-Controll have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sensall-Controll products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sensall-Controll" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 644HAK5XAJ6F6 made by Rosemount as well as the popular LSH14NPT3K original spares produced by Rjg-Inc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 70119361 by Sensidyne and RD307SSEO6F2S spares by Sensall-Controll are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GCD1212000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schaevitz. |
